dude, i feel compelled to note that there is an entire generation -- and some with lapsed memories -- that are confusing TIGHTS with LEGGINGS. when i went through this phase in the early 90s, leggings were cotton blend pants. note the horror that was stirrup leggings.
Yes- I know a lot of people have been talking about this lately. It's got to stop. Really. I do fondly recall my two favourite pairs of stirrups from when I was a child. One pair was off-white with a ribbed seam running down the front and the other pair was turquoise "corduroy." Amazing.
